Constance Rose was born in rural North Dakota. She felt and discovered her healing gifts at a very young age. Actually, she thought most of her gifts were just natural and everyone was intuitive and a healer. She would often hear, “just put your hands on people and they will heal.” Not too sure what to do with all that, she mostly kept it to herself.
Not until in her early twenties did she realize her gifts were still travelling with her, that indeed this is something that she needed to embrace.She has been trained in many modalities, but energy and breath, for her, was the most simple and profound healing. It is what she was always told in the beginning…… Constance Rose is now the Founder/Teacher of Luminous Breathwork and Energy. We are breath and energy. The breath and energy frees and liberates us.
Constance has worked at some of the top Spa’s and Resorts in the U.S. She has facilitated Reiki Trainings for the massage therapists in Nemacolin Resort and Spa. In addition to providing private sessions and healing intensives.At Miraval Spa and Resort, Constance worked exclusively with the Spa Director in coordinating Luminous Breath Sessions, Usui Reiki Sessions and Training programs, as well as Intuitive Healing Readings.
